The latest development from Hermann Bilz not only saves you time, but also an additional tool!

• The deburring cutter is installed inside a closed cassette, which makes it easily accessible and maintenance-friendly. In addition, the cassette system in combination with the internal cooling of our drills reliably protects against contamination and possible obstruction of the cutting edge.
• The four cutting edges allow deburring in both directions of rotation, as well as on entry and exit
• Thanks to the spring-loaded deburring edge, even inclined drill entries & exits are no problem for the EXcaliBURR
• The positioning of the cutting edge directly behind the drill tip also minimizes additional travel distances and saves valuable time

The modular system with closed cassette makes installation in almost any of our drilling tools from Ø20 possible without any problems! Retrofitting of existing tools is also possible, just contact us!
